Title: For Pete's Sake: FIX the Quicksand Terrain Tiles!

Can't tell you how fed up I am running a GV all the way from the spawnpoint to get stuck in imaginary quicksand 1,000 yards from the base. The grass looks green to me, yet it's physical properties seem to defy all known mechanisms of established science and the tracks go under.

Why hasn't this been hotfixed yet? This bug severely limits the effectiveness of ground combat and base capping.

Please fix it...soon. And not in "two weeks" either.

HTC knows about this problem.  Action on your part is required to have it fixed!  Record your GV Sortie.  Send a short film of the part where you got stuck.  This will give them all the information needed to fix that particular spot.(i.e.  map/tile/ect)  Stop the madness and put a little effort forth and you might get things done.

oh noooooo not these guys!!!! They don't READ the boards, they only complain on the boards ! oh and as to helping with the problem, I don't think so. Search the boards for these guys and you'll find that they truly believe that for their $15 a month they expect everything handed to them on a silver plater. Maps, fixes, everything, instant gratification!!

so in real life tanks and things dont get stuck in what looks like solid ground?

And in real life didn't weather ground many flights, didn't wind affect range, bomb accuracy, and navigation, and didn't soft fields result in many landing/taxi deaths?

What makes me laugh is this "quicksand" is preventing folks from Spancamping 30 kills.   I say leave it like is, this is great!

I love how your 14.95 per month tries to tell my 14.95 per month what I can and can't complain about.
Honestly I could care less what people say if paying customer's want to write written complaints about serious game bugs like this one.

Oh and, I already sent in a video of my tank getting stuck, on multiple maps. So don't assume things either.

Don't complain to US, call HTC and complain to them.    If you SENT IT, then your thread never should have been posted in "General Discussion", but the "Bug Section".    

So now my 14.95 a month will tell you that you did indeed handle this wrong.

Ahh they are modelled dude? We have wind, clouds, and I see people dying when taxi'ing to the re-arm pad in FSO all the time.

wind used to be turned on in AH1.   Weather was as well.

Good, do it, only n00bs use Auto takeoff.   I say bring the "Luftwaffe style" grass fields to AH2.    But, I'm correct, people hear of a spawncamp and hurry there to take advantage.

Wind is always turned off, clouds never affect whether or not you can fly, and those dying at rearm pads are vulches, not accidents :)
