Title: Outsourcing local reporting?!?!?!

It seems Pasadena California news web site will be outsourcing the reporting for LOCAL events to reporters in INDIA. Why not just hang it up if you can't get the job done locally. :huh

I made sales calls today in Pasadena.  

Nothing much was going on.  I wonder why they need anyone to cover it at all.
