Title: 2nd squad
Post by: SEraider on May 24, 2007, 02:27:36 PM
Why can't we have 2 squads that can see the red text????

Either up the squad minimum to 50 players or in the Oclub, please let us put a sister squad that will see our red text.

SE's membership is more than 37 members and we all need to be able to communicate between arenas.

This should be simple to do.

you just have to find a common vox that both wings can use

Common vox does not work across arenas.  On squad night when assembling the squad in different arenas that is where some get lost.

Exactly so!

Either lose the 32 player cap or make it so "sister" squads can communicate.

.sr only works on your squad. Makes finding your mates a pain.

If your doing a good job with your squadron its going to out grow the 32 person limit. So you either have to stop takeing on new people (which sucks) or split the squad (which sucks worse).

While we are at it how about.

Hot key for E6b so it can be set to a jstick button.

Buddy list thats editable. So you can do a .fl (find list?) and it will query the servers and tell you who's where.

And a couple more radio channels would be handy also. :)
Like a automatic wingman channel that tunes whenever you tune someone as a wingman.

How about a second VOX ch.?

Or how about you can "join" a squads vox channel by typing the squad name in the box. A squad member would have to / .accept CPID for it to work so no one can just spy on your VOX ch.
