Title: reserving the special events arena

Hey all,
Not sure who to direct this question to.  I have an idea for a scenario, something small between 2 or 3 squads or something of that sort.  I don't want to go into details until I work it over with our CO.

If a squad wanted to set up a 'private' event between a couple of squads, is the special events arena available for reservations?  Is there a more appropriate arena if the SEA is unavailable for 'rent'?

I think it's already been tried a while back but it's still a good idea for squads to have a go at each other interrupted.

If you want to rent the arena please send the money to the Ren Foundation of Aces High Money Making Schemes. :D

It's been done before.  If the arena isn't in use, then it shouldn't be that hard to sort out.  Click the CALENDAR button up top to see when we have Special Events running, and get in touch with the CM team (you can p.m. me if ya' want) and we will see what we can work out.

It has to be a map that can be used in the SEA.  A CM has to be there to set it all up for you.  Once it's setup, and you are good to go, the CM can leave (or participate if allowed) and come back later and reset the arena to default SEA settings.

Flesh it out some, firm up some of the details, and contact someone from our incredible CM team.  We can be identified by the Aces High CM Staff under our BBS name.  You can click this for a list of all the current CM's (http://ahevents.org/misc/cm-team.html) Nefarious is the Boss of all Bosses for us CM's, and would be the one you'd have to clear this with.
