Looking for a squad, my requirements aren't too bad. I fly the 38 exclusively, I've been in strictly 38 squads before but that's not an issue.
All I'm really looking for is a squad with a fair amount of active flyers, with no real organization (No ranks within the squad, ie Corporal etc.,) that turns me off. So, really all I'm after is a good bunch of guys that doesn't require everybody to ride a certain ride. I do most of my flying during the afternoon and evening, but I pop in throughout the day to see what's going on, and who's on.
One last thing I don't want is a large squad (The bops with 3 wings for example)
I like smaller squads, that is really all that I am looking for. You can post here or email through the link in my sig (or use the BB email)
Hopefully this doesn't come off as really particular, I didn't mean it that way.
Regards,
Kjetil

Can this possibly be the Estes from a few years back?

Greetings,
Man! Amarillo? I grew up in Fritch. Hope it works out for you, but my squad is mainly into 47s and 51s.

Estes, The Unforgiven is always looking for decent people to join, we pretty much fly anything, its just about having fun for us. The one thing we do is FSO (Fridaynight Special Ops) they are a blast, you are instructed what to fly for that particular night and given an objective to complete as a squad in a axis vs allies senario, its 1 life, 1 plane.
If interested contact someone from the Unforgiven anytime. :aok

hey estes, come along to knights and fly with Odee and me and the rest of the gang.
we fly on vox 171 and usually can count on 3-8 people online the whole time.
total relaxation is the only rule, we fly all planes and have members from all over the world and all time zones.
S!

i've added you to the forum, check the bottom of the main forum lists for '71 squadron eagles'
pop your head in, say hi, see what you think. some old and new faces around, and always a good joke to be made at someone's expense.
come next week you lemme know and i'll remove the nut house forum from your options :D

Always welcome to come fly with the 80th. We nearly always can be found in 38's (if you fly something else we will mock you but that's about the extent of it, and the closest thing we have to an actual rule :)), we bounce around from country to country and die with reckless abandon... ahh... good times.
I think we're currently running around 10 actual members most are playing fairly regularly and we try to get the number on the roster around a dozen or so.
If you see any of us online give us a holler.

hey estes!
79th Fighter Group flys Bishops in the main arena. We do use U.S. Army Air Force Command structure. We use the command structure more as rewards & training structure. We are listed as a Group; Which has 3 squadrons listed under a group command. Not all the Squadron Command postions are filled yet. We are also looking for 18+ members to join our squadrons. Working on a volunteer Operational Officer spot. Which would allow none command members to lead squadrons at times based on the training & knowledge. We are a small Group with 3 squadron that are just growing.
Got your interest level up ? :huh
Then stop by the 79th Fighter Group Website. http://79thfg.low-ping.com
We fly on monday nights is Squad. Night. Check our website for time, place and vox channel.
Take care! - :aok

Check out 113th Lucky Strikes. A small P38 only squad. We only have one formal Squad night a week, but a lot of guys are online during the week. On Squad night everyone is required to fly the squad missions. We currently have 8 members and will not have more then 10 members.

What's this? a 38 Squad I didn't know about? Potential AH SAPP'ers? :)
