PS, it isnt actually Chopper Reid, its just a bloke playing Eric Banna playing Mark Chopper Reid on a show called the Ronnie Johns Half Hour.

As Blue said , it's a guy taking off Eric Bana , who played chopper in the movie.


Real chopper is here  http://www.chopperread.com/    . Famous for cutting off his own ears as a stunt in jail . he's a hard man lol.
