Title: Paris was let out...now she's back in
Post by: Curval on June 08, 2007, 02:47:03 PM
Back to jail you go Paris (http://www.yahoo.com/s/599930)

So, what do you think was the undisclosed medical condition that got her out in the first place?

I'm guessing chlamydia.

I'm hearing reports that it was a rash.    Yeah.

I'm glad the judge sent her back and I hope she rots in there for 45 days. You all know that if it was one of us comman folk in there that we sure as hell wouldn't get out for anything.

So is she going to serve the original 45 day sentence now?  I thought it was cut in half?

"Screaming and crying"

"Mom!"

The pleasure endorphins rushing through my system at this news probably means I'm a bad person, but...  whoa.

If you want to track Paris while shes in jail:

Go to the LA Sheriff inmate locator, booking #  9818783 or type in her name:

http://app4.lasd.org/iic/ajis_search.cfm

Her projected release date is 6/26, which is typical.. the vast majority get roughly 1.5 to 2.0 days 'good time' credit for each day served, someone sentenced to 45 days will do about 1/2 that.

Her medical issue was that she wasn't eating the county mystery meat smothered in .gov cheese, which is prepared by inmates.

w00t! I actually said, out loud, "YES!" When reading she went back in. Im sorry, but I take extreme (And probably sadistic) pleasure at the concept of her scrawny, whiney little arse in jail! Maybe she might learn some respect and self control in their. But you can bet shes gonna learn some other things... :noid

she has her own cell and is separated from the general population.

23 hours in cell, 1 hour out.

I always try to stand up for the ladies.  I feel bad for this poor kid.  All her troubles are a result of being raised very poorly.  She has zero morals and thinks her wealth lifts her above responsibility.  her parents must be crap.  Poor kid.

She's not at any regular LA county jail, shes at century station detention center in Lynwood, aka "Club County".  As of 5 years ago it looked a-lot like the nut house Tony Sopranos kid was at last episode; 1 person cell with pay phone, day room with TV, sodas, smoking allowed outside (un-officially).. unless its changed drastically, the only reason she'd spend 23 hours in a cell is by choice. There are even a few places the deliver food there.

Her fellow inmates there will be non violent disabled folk, corporate white collar criminals who can afford to pay extra, celebrities... pony tail hippie pacifist types.

Finally. It was horrifying that she was even let out after 3 days served in the 1st place. Her screaming "Mom" while being dragged out the courtroom goes to show that she had no upbringing whatsoever.

Why cant you people just ignore her and everyone like her?

Ya'll care so much if shes doing good, bad..in hell.

Simply put, to hell with her..and the world will let her go away.
Chick makes more $ from goin' to jail then her porn taps or that stupid show she was on combined.

Trash.

If i was her father i would put a hit out on that little sleeze.
"shrugs" dunno where she went..btw..im rich b17ch pay off for you..and you..and you.

Jail time is fairly extreme.

It seems she won't learn her lesson... but still.

Community service and a massive fine would have been sufficient, I believe.

If the money from her fine went to some worth-while cause and she had to entertain kids with cancer or something like that.... something good would come out of it..... rather than "teaching the b|tch a lesson" so to speak.

Do you think she belongs anywhere else?

Non-violent crime, high-profile criminal = minimum security prison.

Paris Hilton is not a real issue in the justice system. If you want to see what is wrong with the justice system, you need to google "Mary Winkler". THAT will show you what a lack of justice is.

Wow, Laser, anytime I see you post now I know I'm in for a giggle.

As usual, you're a bit out of touch with reality on the issue.  She had a DUI, then violated her parole by weaving down the road in her Mercedes one night.  She created a petition that she be spared jail because she was a "beacon of hope for all american youth", and said that she's "too pretty for jail".  She was asserting that the DUI laws should not apply to her because of her social status.

So, she's the one that started the class divide conversation, the judge just finished it.

The US is not a royalty, it is a republic where all are created equal.  She has explicitly tried to bypass the justice system repeatedly, our joy is because a judge said "No, same as everyone else".

She pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was sentenced to 36 months' probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines.

In the months that followed she was stopped twice by officers who discovered her driving on a suspended license. The second stop landed her in Sauer's courtroom, where he sentenced her to jail.>>

the charge was reckless driving not DUI, her present "crime" is driving on a suspended license.

of course, if she was a "undocumented alien" she would not be in jail.

Hell VOR, you oughta know around us there are ten times as many illegal alien multiple DUI offenders NOT in jail for DUI as there are in jail for it.

No, the thing is, she isn't getting the same as everyone else. I'm not saying she DOESN'T deserve to go to jail. I'm saying because of her notoriety she's being held to a higher standard than most. It's a plain fact that MOST with her record DO NOT do time, even AFTER violating probation. If she'd been a nobody, she'd have been about ten times more likely to get 3-4 MORE free passes. Does she DESERVE to do the time? Hell yes. But if she looked like Roseanne Barr, and drove an old Ford Escort, she'd have gotten 3 more free pases at least.

And like I said, you're so busy jumping up and down over her getting her comeuppance that you ignore things that are a lot worse.

Um noo.
Its more a case of everyone being happy a "Rich" person getting what the rest of us would get had we done the same thing.

In her case she flaunted the law..several times.
Rich people. and certain aspects of people in our local and national government agencies, seem to feel the laws should be applied to them the same as they are to everyone else.
And all too often it doesnt.

therefore When we see one of these people actually getting what they deserve. No more, no less then the rest of us get for doing the same thing.
then yea. we are happy about it.

We like it when these people are shown they arent any more special then the rest of us

Wow

California is sending the world a message.

While OJ spends his time hunting for his wife's killer, one golf course at a time...the fine legal system there found him not guilty.

This Phil Spector freak is on trial for murder and hasnt spent an hour in jail.  Just a quick in and out booking.

But boy, they'll (rightfully) throw the book at this high dollar waif.

Her "psychological" condition is called "Spoiled little bratt."

I doubt she'll be there by time the weekend is thru.

But hearing and seeing her tantrum....sorry, that was priceless.

She should get what anybody else would get & that's jail. At least around here in my neck of the woods it would be; of course around here they'd take her money instead of locking her up but I'm referring to the "anybody else" part.

My buddy just got sentenced to 6 months for his drunk driving probation violation....she should get down on her rich little knees & thank god they went easy on her & she only got 45 stinkin' days...of which she'll only do half as was mentioned by another poster earlier in the thread.

She should be treated no better or worse because of her social or financial status. The way I see it as she got of light but justice is served...now o.j. simpson; there was an example of someones race & money letting them get away with murder....literally.

Virgil, I beg to differ. While each case varies from state to state and judge to judge, overall she has recieved preferential treatment most in her situation would not have enjoyed in Tarrant County, Texas. DWI 1st is occasionally pled down to reckless driving or obstruction of a motorway if you have a good attorney and a fat checkbook. Probation violation are taken very seriously. Usually those carry a 6 month sentence in addition to revocation and reinstatement of the original sentence. Most times those will run concurrent. Here they like to use work detail as an alternative to jailtime in probation violations for driving while suspended. It pays 3 to 1 but they make you sweat as a reminder not to do it again. From what I've seen women are given fairly equal treatment in this area. Since MADD entered the scene there aren't many "free passes" around here.

At least then she could charge everyone $34.99  to spend the night with her.

The worst part is that she wont give you a free continental breakfast, just free continental servings of the clap, herpes, and crabs
