Diablo, did you get my email?

I saw a couple guys on my elementary school bus do the same thing to the mentally retarded kids that had to ride the bus with us. Short bus kids on the long bus, what a big mistake that was.

Picking on retarded kids=bad
Picking on Iraqis=good
Ya gotta remember, those were probably policemen by day, insurgents by night.
Ah whatever, your from Texas, no point in explaining.
-
Well excuse me for not making the policeman = insurgent connection.
Just so you know not only am I from Texas and proud of it, I am also in uniform as well.
You may now return to your indignation.

Nice to see professionalism in the ranks. Glad I'm ETS'ing in 4 days too. The next round of leaders and noncoms can deal with the noobs entering the ranks these days. 20 years is enough. I'm done.

No doubt this will get translated into Arabic. I enjoy most childish and toilet humor but this was just stupid.
How do you say "cornhole" in Arabic.... geez lol

This is the one reason I despise events like this and its just plain trashy behavior. Someone will translate this and use it as propaganda against us. I hope this type of behavior is not commomn place. God forbid this guy ever has a CO like me.

As an NCO recently back from Iraq, all I can say about this video is that the behavior displayed by those who made and/or posted the video is completely un-professional and deserving of some severe disciplanary action.
In a combat theater, these kinds of juvenile pranks can have dire, and unintended consequences, that might have lead to U.S. casualties in reprisal.
The Iraqis in the clip appear to be IPs (Iraqi Police), our nominal Allies. They are taking serious risks to themselves and their families just by putting on that uniform and working with the U.S. Most of them probably have more knowlege of the English language, than the average American does of Arabic.
To assume that ALL IPs are insurgents waiting for a chance to strike is simple-minded at best, and criminally ignorant in the main. However, treating these IPs with such insulting antics just might have pushed some of them over to the other side in retaliation.
If I had caught any of my "kids" pulling a stupid stunt like this over there, as a start, I'd have verbally ripped them a new one...and then went on with a serious "oscar whupping", and I would have done it within plain sight of the IPs and other Iraqis so that they would have seen that this was not acceptable behavior.
Any of you kiddies who think it was funny in even the smallest way, are just as "Ate-Up" as the idiots who originally made and posted it.

I just hope it doesn't make it to an Arab publication like Al-Jezeera.
It might cause someone to build the extra IED that kills or maims someone we know, serving in Iraq.
U-tube should have edited it out.

Lame.

to you Sergeant. That was certainly a much better retort than my own, and I do have to wonder where the leadership was when that was being filmed.
Bring back schools as prerequisite to NCO ranks I sez. This is getting out of hand.

shaddup never-marine, your anti-just-about-everything-not-leftist garbage has grown old. Try this, post on topic and something constructive or stay the heck out.
Everybody knows you don't approve of Bush, it's the same tired drum you've been beating since your brain dimly registered that Gore lost. Heck just about all of us don't approve of Bush at this point. Go away, moron.

But..but..boosh? Boosh! :D
