Yeah, I've doubted its authenticity for a while.  It's amazing to me that these events happen and yet someone just happened to have a cam rolling at that time.  

BUT, if it's the real deal it's very funny.

Assuming this is for real, and I know that is a big assumption there, I would expect those two felt Mr Darwin tapping them on the shoulder. Particularly the idiot who got the bat. That was a wonderful tape for evidentiary use. It would have been rather painful for an attorney to try and spin the tape into a "mistake".

Fake in my opinion.

But if it was real,and I was the guy with the gun,I would've tossed the keys in a ditch miles away after telling them they'd be at the end of the drive.
