So far, on the second try, 2300 or so.

Second game is much easier once you learn a few tricks

Post by: CyranoAH on June 12, 2007, 12:13:30 PM: 6656, lvl 39. Best tactic for me is to concentrate firepower in the first sector and slow them down with water towers, while sniping them at the same time with the combo towers in the middle.

I have yet to break the 3k score barrier. level 34-35 kill me.

Fire?
Water?
Earth?
better interest rate?
more turrets, or upgrade existing ones?

I do like to hit them hard at beginning, then in middle concentrate fire.

I have yet to get the second boss on first pass.

Post by: Geary420 on June 12, 2007, 04:15:36 PM: Tapakeg, I had the best luck builing combo towers (rockets) right in the middle of the map and upgrading them asap, they absolutely slaughter. Also strategically placed water towers to keep the creeps slow.

use the minimum amount of gold to get to the level where you can get the combo towers, ( research earth, water, and fire) then sell other stuff to get more combo towers, and upgrade them to the hilt?

I am to 5k score, level 38

but no where near 12k you have at level 38

more gold= bigger score?

That's how they describe it...

I think those that have the large scores above 275,000 don't even bother trying to get all the researched items.

If you are going for score, it is an "economy" game. Kill all the bad guys with the absolute minimum amount of research and spending,

Post by: Beefcake on June 13, 2007, 06:34:35 PM: Yeah, I worked on some was I just managed to get a score 15900 a minute ago with only 4 lives. I'm trying to get over 20k with 20 lives. Game is to freaking addictive.

What amazes me is you can go really far with only 2 towers when you play it right, and simply build an upgrade to another one.
