I flew in to Minnie/St paul on a Sat evening and Sun morning we headed north for a fishing trip. I had only 1 day turn around after our week fishing.

The meaning of the post was not so much about food as it was about a seared lambchop and tomatoes on the same plate. :)

Aparently so, he indicated it did happen once tomato (the victim of the domestic abuse) made the allegations and even quite some time afterwards he again admitted it.

He said it wasn't his wife, just a GF he was sharing a hotel room with at the time IIRC.

I've never met anyone on this board that defended beet's actions but I apparently have now. What Mav said is true. That's exactly the way I remember it.

There are always two sides to every story. The people here who keep yipping on about "wife/woman beating" just simply ignore the facts (or simply are ignorant of them) and have used Tomato's post since 2005 to jab at Beet.

She and Beet are still friends by the way.

But, this fact, depite being repeated many many times by Beet1e AND Tomato it is forgotten and instead people now remember him admitting to beating women.

If it wasn't sad it would be funny.

1st I don't condone anyone without a bit of a proof/clue and posting in a BBS is far from being conclusive.

2nd I'm searching but I don't see where I did say I endorse woman beating ???

All this does is feed him. You want him gone, then ignore him. He will keep coming back as long as there is one person on this board who will respond to him. It is what someone like him lives for. It is a form of control. When you respond to him, he is in control of you.

He is not a healthy element to this bulletin board. And the biggest reason is due to those who cannot help but respond to his posts. This thread is probably bringing a smile to his face.

Keep that in mind.
