ya not only is it the best country we also can have all the guns we can afford.  as an added plus we're not subject to the whimsicle edicts of a sovereign.  we also consume most of the petroleum pumped from the planet and we pay far less for it than just about anyone else.  this fact allows us to drive resource guzzling vehicles while at the same time adding to plight of the euros that have built homes and towns on alpine glaciers.  we are also quite satisfied with helping in having driven the ice bears from soon to not be iceland and also making greenland warm and sunny.

no thanks necessary we are just doing our jobs ma'am.
