I would like a seperate email address for skin submissions with an automatic response indicating they have been safely received.

How about an e-mail for all content creation/submission? This would include screenshots being submitted to main page, perhaps terrain files (I don't now how that works) and I'd love it if HTC dedicated an entire address to skins, m'self as well! :D
