Title: problems creating account

when i enter all my info to create an account and press ok it freezes up.i just emailed it to the billing dept i hope that works. has this happened to anyone else? if so how did u get your account?

sometimes a firewall will cause trouble when trying to connect to the different servers.... just a thought

If you can get to the WEB site with your browser, but the game cannot connect to send the account information, it is definitely a firewall blocking the game form accessing the Internet.
