The sky is all white...

Just went in to peek. The vis is set to 8 miles and I can see the colors are not default. Not sure if that is what someone was going for. Certainly looks like a white haze.

BRB.

Can't find anything that would suggest it was intended or visa versa, so I hesitate to make any changes. It is certainly flyable. :)

Looks like high level clouds moved in.  If I recall, doesn't the sky get cloudy from time to time? :)

I like it.  Nice change of pace.

Please note, early battle of britain, pilots from both sides of the conflict said it was 'Unusually clear, very different from the common fog.'

Yes and note that RAF didnt have bases in france in the BoB. They made the sky white and the fog about 8-10k. So what, its not the MA where its noon or dusk its nice to see weather in the game. I still miss the old AH1 cloud-o-death.:(

BTW its a setting not a bug or arena porked.

Larry,

I think this setup is pre-BOB, before you Greenhearted bastages kicked Tommy across the pond. ;)

If so the Hurricane should be the only RAF fighter on French soil.

This is just an early war ETO setup...   BOB was not mentioned....

Hmmm.

I can't believe it took me this long, but...

Is Soda72 the Soda from "Soda's pages" with all the plane descriptions?

If so, what's the deal with updates?  I've read and reread your pages so many times it's crazy.  Your site is invaluable for a newb like me....

So, you still updating or what?!

The 109k4, for example, is conspicuously missing :)

No, Soda72 is a different Soda, that's why he has all those numbers after his name. :) So no, he is not the person behind the plane evaluations.

Well when I pop up on the runway and the sky is completely solid white with no "texture" or clouds I sorta assumed a setting got porked.  Next time I will just go about my business and not worry about it.

Sorry for the confusion.

Its not hard to see when the AvA is porked because 99% of the time every plane is enabled.

As Panzzer already mentioned I'm a different soda...  The 'other' soda is in TC's squad and from what I understand he has left game temporaily.  Soda did a great job with his aircraft evaluation page.  It would be nice If HTC would add that to the game so you can pull that info up while viewing aircraft in the hanger...
