If I'm not mistaken, the Firefly was actually a British version of the M4.

The Firefly is a British tank.....

In fact it's the best tank in the game now!

Yes, but the firefly is as fast as either the panzer or tiger, it's got a 1-shot killer gun from any range and any angle, and I popped 16 mixed GVs in the span of 5 minutes with it (and I'm NOT a GV person!).....

Why ever put anything else in this game? Every new GV just "one-ups" the previous King Of The Hill, soon we'll just have Abrams tanks and nothing else.

I seriously wish they'd start putting in "lesser" tanks, because frankly all this 1-shot kill stuff doesn't cut it outside of tank town.

Comet would be nice, but only saw limited action in 45 and didnt take part in any major battles.

There were over 200 different tanks/armored vehicles used in WWII from France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Romania, The United Kingdom, The United States and the USSR among others.  Why pick just British?

Because then the engine sound would have a lovely British accent!

For one thing I'm tired of supertanks. I want some paper thin, match stick tanks to battle against other paper thin match stick tanks. Not heavy to heavy, heavy to heavy with so powerful guns no matter what, one or two shots kill you. Tank battles are fun when you have to manouver around your opponent fire many rounds just to kill them. Since we have the Firefly, why not give us the American M4. How about a Panzer III, Crusader, Matilda, M3 Stuart, Carro Armato M13/40, Semovente 75/18, BT-7, Char B1 bis, Type 97 "Shinhoto Chi-Ha", M10 Wolverine, SdKfz 234/2 "Puma", StuG III Ausf. G, and the PzKpfw 739(f). Get these and you will have some fun tank battles.

Well, naturally "heard" mode would be enabled all the time. Otherwise you wouldn't know what the guy behind you is doing.

Are you both related and how did you manage to survive long enough being total idiots?

The Firefly was not the Polish version of the tank.  The Polish version has a rearward firing 76mm main gun.  Wait, I forgot you two are incredibly stupid and that joke just went over your heads.

Seriously, the Polish army was given some Lend-Lease Sherman tanks by the British since Poland was not a receipient of Lend-Lease aid directly from the United States.  The British gave the Poles the Sherman V and the Sherman Vc.  After heavy losses in the Battle of Normandy and the Dutch campaigns, the Polish 1st Armored Division was re-equipped, largely with Sherman IIA (M4A1 (W) 76 mm) models.  The Poles never made their own version of the Sherman.

Now, it's time both of you either put up some evidence to the contrary.

No offense, but what's the difference between a one shot kill on a
heavy and a one shot kill on a light tank?

Unless you have the only heavy in the arena, one shot kills are the
nature of the beast.
