Title: @#$$# invisible trees

TT map, eastern-most spawn from northern (V44?) vbase, flat ground at base of mtn--all night kept seein a black panzer, often as near as 1600, which I COULDN'T HIT, as he was shielded by an invisible tree--yes, I've got everything set to 3 miles. Looked like he had a force field around him...This guy obviously is quite familiar with where to park his tank to take advantage of this. (He COULD shoot south). Making it worse, as people fired at him, he could call out to his teamates where the rounds came from:mad:

Yeah, and I hide behind some trees and get shot THROUGH them.

Solution: Make trees purely cosmetic

Make them merely graphics, no hit detection required. You can hide behind them but not be safe.

In real life, if a high velocity tank round hits a tree it's making toothpicks out of it and its going to keep on going on the other side of the tree.

Yeah, I've gotten shot through trees. But when I try to shoot through them, it hits the tree. :(
