Guys, just wanted to know if there is a simple (and free hopefully) program to create animated avitars? LMK if anyone has heard of one. Thanks,

PaintShop Pro X

Free download and has a 60 freebie usage period.

I feel it is more versitile and able to turn around jobs faster than Photoshop.

I used to do all my animations with Gifsicle (http://www.lcdf.org/gifsicle/). Takes a bit of work but it will do exactly as requested and not mess up your graphics. :)

Nowadays I'm lazy and use Animation Shop that came with PSP.

On the BoPs' website, we have signature pics.  This is an example of one using Gimp.  Took about 5 minutes and I didn't even read any help files:aok
