first off you should read the rules and regulations for forums and ingame. then you would know why this post could get closed.
second off your post is more of a whine and not telling us what you need support with or help with.
third emails take a very long time to get to. can you stop for one second and think about how many Emails HTC gets in one day. tons if you dont know. it could take 3-4 weeks to get to yours. if you only sent a film in on someone breaking the rules then i doubt you will get a reply, but dont think it went un-noticed cause they deal with it. but its not your bizz to know how they delt with it.
last your wrong you should not have came here to bash HTC on their support. what you should have done was give them a call and talk to one of them. i am sure things would have gotten sorted out. its post like this that get you banned from the Forums.
so with out knowing what you need support/help with the best i can do for you now is advise you to call HTC and talk with Skuzzy and i am sure you can sort things out that way.

ok so does that mean you cant follow rules and regulations does that mean you cant call HTC. if you cant call then you will have to wait for email or you can PM Skuzzy on the forums its your choice

i would still call Hitech. if it is a legitimate complaint, they will deal with it. if not they will tell you why.

Ive called HTC in the passed many times. Not 1 time was I put on hold. Not 1 time was I blown off. Not 1 time was the person I was talking with in a rush to get done with me. They where patient and respectful, also fun to make small talk with. Every time I have called HTC my problem or name change what ever it may be was done withing 10 min of calling them. IF you ask me thats good service.

i agree....i've only had to call twice....both times, the phone was picked up on the 2nd or 3rd ring.......and the people i talked to were beyond helpful!

All emails received at the support email address are answered within 24 hours of receipt, unless it is a weekend or holiday. If you did not get an answer, then the email never got here.
Coming to our board in an attempt to embarass us will not get you the attention you want. Unless you are looking to lose bulletin board privileges.
Now there are several reasons why an email may not be forthcoming.
1) Your reply-to address in your email software is not right and the email just goes nowhere.
2) Your email comes in with a virus attached to it.
3) Your email requires us to click on some link to be authenticated. This is a very popular tool for spammers/phishers.
Then there is the case where your email simply never gets here, or your ISP's SPAM filter eats our reply.

Email works fine for me ... ole Benny must have a badly configed email host/program or isp that filters htc emails.
Yea Skuzzy it was the intardnet somewere in your local . bbs and AH works fine now ...Thanks
