so I log in tonight and notice that somebody I don't recognize is in there. Hmmmmm I think.. perhaps a nice little 1v1. I watch the map and see where it's flashing and up from 48 in an LA5.
Get co alt with the gentleman and go hth with him being careful to avoid the ho from mister 51 (which he tries). Pull an Immel and watch him fly through the field ack and into the town ack.
At this point I'm hoping he survives so we can get away from the ack and play. Then I notice he's bombing and rocketing town buildings. Okay dude that's your bag I'll just hang here at 5k and wait for you to egress.
When he comes out of the town I set a slow flat turn towards him and loose 29 rounds at 300. I see him smoking as I go over and got a 'you shot down ######'.
Cool I think. So I head towards his base because what AVA flyer doesn't like a good 1v1?. No dot, no dot, no dot, check roster. I'm ALONE!!! :mad:
Dude whoever you are.. sorry I screwed up your fun but you should have come on back up. Could have been some good fun :D
I have to admit I giggled a little though :)

I think you may be talking about the same guy I killed at about 2am the other day bombing a base in a Ju87. I roll a LA5 run him down kill him look at roster and hes gone.:aok

I've seen this type periodically over the years. Probably they think that they're improving their MA rankings.
I suppose I can understand your man's reluctance to engage in a fight he must know he will lose (death at the hands of Dicho the Dread), but you do wonder why anyone would pay for an on-line combat game, and not want to participate in on-line combat.

This is something that is happening more and more often...Sometimes I log in, there's a player online, my side or the other side, that's the same, I salute him, no answer, try to talk to him on Country or 200, no answer, PM the guy, zip, nada, not a word...No upping, no flying, no driving, niente! Just lurking...:confused:
There are evenings when I log into AvA, EW MA, MW MA and, sometimes, I must resort to LW MA to pick a fight!!!:mad:
I say, I have hard work to find a fight!:O This is surreal in a MMPFCS...(I'm getting in acronyms lately:D )
And I discovered smilies too! :rofl
