This guy is living proof that anyone can be president.
-
So, the President has said that someone in the white house may or may not have done something LEGAL.
This is akin to the post stating how the new supreme court sides most of the time against the defendant, without ever describing what they were accused of.

A threat assessment from U.S. counterterrorism analysts says al-Qaida has used the Afghan-Pakistan border to restore operating capabilities to a "level unseen" since the months before Sept. 11, 2001
Later that same day, our brilliant informed leader, president genius military tactician Bush, stated unequivocally with authoritah! "Because of the actions we've taken, al-Qaida is weaker today than they would have been."
Amazing!, they have restored operating capabilities unseen in years, and become "weaker" at the same time.
A man this abjectly clever, informed and honest should be president forever.

The two statements in bold are not in opposition.
If one were to mow a lawn, the grass will regrow to a length that will require another mowing and still be shorter than if the lawn were not mowed at all.

Wow! What a pragmatic way to look at things. Grade A stuff.

Careful, you'll pull your justification muscle.

Just how many more nontroversies can the democrats bring up? This chick was so undercover she had her name on her parking space.
This by the way from someone who is almost completely dissatisfied with Bush... either of the 2.

It took a few years, but Al Queda has found safe haven in Iran and Pakistan Nothing to do there except bomb them, and you all would whine LOTS more about that

Im not going to say thats a lie but I will say that you are totally misinformed. Stop listening to Michael Savage and pay attention to the REPUBLICAN FEDERAL PROSECUTOR, the CIA, and other assorted federal agencies all at the time under the control of an absolute republican majority.
The CIA called for the investigation of the outing not the dems.
You righties really are delusional. Its very sad.

/yawn

dear god...is it almost over yet?
-
I wonder if a B2 could fly across Iran and Pakistan unnoticed....

LOLZ, Michael Savage rips Bush nightly on his program. He's definitely no fan of G.W. Maybe you should start listening to Mr. Savage?

Is it an outing if she was already public?
-
If leaking Plame was a crime, and if she was still a covert operative while sitting behind her desk at CIA headquarters, then the guilty party should be punished.
But prosecuting Armitage just isn't quite as satisfying as nailing somebody close to Cheney, even if that somebody wasn't the original source of the leak. Is it?

Heh, it was from a debate between John Stossel and a global-warming nutberger---Stossel was pointing out all the OTHER SURE things that scientists had forseen

She wasnt. Please provide the proof she was.. Of course then you would know more than the CIA and the Prosecutor. Please call Fitz and the Cia and straighten them out will you..
-
what a joke, we have "secret agents" working at a annalists desk in CIA HQ. secret agent my buttski. Even when she was in africa she was only a clerk in a CIA fake business.
Why was no one indited for leaking the name of your "secret agent"?

I think in order to be a good righty clone these days, one must live in a state of semi-conscious delusional denial about just how evil, transparently stupid and incompetent Bush is... rhetoric must become reality to stay sane.
The dead sea scrolls couldn't list all the reasons why 45% of those polled want Bush impeached.
Just as lefty clones must stumble around knowing full well that once their side acquires the proper length of rope, their team will hang by the neck of incompetence too.
-
Plame's lawsuit was dismissed today. :rofl :aok
-
was dismissed today:
====
by a Bush appointed judge
Just wait...a Clinton appointed judge will overrule the Bush appointed judge and this whole affair will end up in the SCOTUS in half a dozen years and NO ONE WILL CARE :cry

But it was indeed a good call:
"The alleged means by which defendants chose to rebut Mr. Wilson's comments and attack his credibility may have been highly unsavory, " Bates wrote. "But there can be no serious dispute that the act of rebutting public criticism, such as that levied by Mr. Wilson against the Bush administration's handling of prewar foreign intelligence, by speaking with members of the press is within the scope of defendants' duties as high-level Executive Branch officials."

Maybe you should listen to nothing but your bones?
My bones don't need a leader to tell them what to think. They don't listen to agendas.
Followers are just that. :)
