I have the game IL-2 Sturmovic but have never played it online.  Can anyone tell me if there are squads that play online and if it compares to AH.

This is an AH2 forum, on the Ah2 webserver, for squads in AH2.

I'm afraid if you want to discuss IL2 squadrons you'll have to find an IL2 specific forum. It would probably be able to help you out more than here. If you have a question about AH2 squads, then I think we can answer it :aok

EDIT:

Oh, as to your "does it compare" question, no. It doesn't. IL2 gameplay is very very different to AH2. Most here feel AH2 is better, but hey we're biased! I bet crack addicts say crack is better than meth, too! :t

IL2 gameplay i personally find very boring. i tried it online once and thought it was so boring i uninstalled the game. far less emphasis on action, too much pointless realism, and the multiplayer mode can only have up to 64 players IIRC.



AH2 may not have the graphics of IL2, but it kicks the snot out of it in every other department...
