Title: Boeing Dreamliner

Wow! Is this first class? Wonder what coach looks like. Guess the airlines can/will reconfigure them in the typical sardine can fashion.

I'd still say the A380 is nicer.

Don't take the Boeing and Airbus interiors of the demo ships for what they are.  Last I heard not one airline chose to order the interior Boeing designed into the Dreamliner opting for the shorter seat pitch (less leg room) options that Boeing didn't want to make "standard" on the airplane.

I want to be the last to ride on an A380.  I can't stand riding around in the back of any airliner to be honest.  Having a row to myself in an ERJ-170 is the way to travel.  The seats are comfy, wide enough and have enough leg room to get by without crying.  It's a shame you can't mount a few rows of those into a 737 or Airbus because I think they're some of the best seats around.  The worst thing about a mainline type airplane is the damn middle seat :furious

The finest rides I ever had were with 747's from Cargolux.
(I used to fly as a horse-escort Iceland-Luxembourg)
So, cargo bay full of goods, and up to maybe 30 horses, you go up to the "bubble" by a ladder, and up there are really big seats, and cabins to sleep in as well as a little kitchen, and the cockpit was open, so you could go in and have a chat with the skipper on the cruise.
Wonderful, - but those days are gone....

Chairs were almost lazy-boy quality...serious!!!

My last transatlantic flight was on Virgin in Upper Class. They wouldn't have done anything as crass as make you sit next to someone like in the configuration above. I'd guess that is roughly equivalent to British Airways business class standard.

just laded back in israel 2 days ago on elal it was a 15 hour flight and it was longggg considering i hadnet slept....

im so badly jet lagged that i havent slept in 2 days and i attribute that to the crud seating in the airliners where ur legs get cut off if you even think about streching...
