When aces high is running my CPU is at 50%, should it be running at about
98% or so? Here is my System Information.

Skuzzy says that there is a problem with the way dualcores are reporting CPU usage, so while it says 50% its not :)

50% means 100% on one core. Take all the percentages and multiple by the number of cores you have in your computer.
In Microsoft's world, an application can only run on one CPU, so the Task Manager assumes the most an application can take, in the case of a dual-core CPU, is 50%.

Saber DOES NOT HAVE A DUO CORE.
He has a Pentium 4 w/ HT

It is treated as a dual core by Windows. HT is nearly dual-core, but not quite.
