Title: Anyone here live in Holland/Netherlands ?

Hello.

I have been called up for the final stages of an job intervju, the job in itself is located in Chipol Netherlands. And its quite an big and well known IT-company.

Ive been to Amsterdam as an tourist before, and I must say I like the place, but alas, its an different experiance from being an tourist in an country in regards to moving and living there.

I currently live in Sweden, so I doubt I would have any real problems adapting to the country, it almost felt like Sweden when I was there the last time, if you take away the coffee shops etc. The Dutch people seem to have the same mentality as Swedes.

Main thing I “worry” about is not making enough friends over there, at every Dutch discussion forum I browse, I read that forigners have an hard time getting Dutch friends. I don’t want to live an isolated life over there.

I have always heard that the dutch drive slow in the mountains.
