Title: unable to log into ga,e

had to reformat my hard drive last night. glad i had saved most everything to back up disc. the only issue i have now is AH2 not recognizing my name or password. anyone know why? I tried calling HTC but got no answer. also sent 3 e mails earlier this afternoon but as of the time of this post, no reply has been sent.. any help would be greatly appreciated..

It was Sunday. Most places of bussiness close on Sundays. I am willing to bet that at some point in the next two days, someone from HTC will answer you.

Did you keep the email with your username and password?  I have to, my memory is sooo bad, I think I have CRS....lol...

In your AcesHighII\Settings folder, look for a file called login.cfg. Open this with notepad and you will have your login ID and password.

operator error..lol was using wrong log in ID.. ty to all that replied.
