Benny has never seen "Patton",  and doesnt know who George C Scott is?  

and I agree, who ever it is he does a pretty good George C Scott, only few times did I hear him slip some

George C Scott sounded more like Patton than Patton himself :) Patton had kind of a high pitched voice.
