He is telling those who have submitted skins to HTC, that skuzzy is going through them and sending out emails to those who submitted skins that have been accepted. This means that there will soon be a skin update. The new skins will be avalible in the game, and on the web site after the release, and skuzzy has time to update the web page.

Well I updated "Man O War" which was accepted last Summer but somehow has never been put in rotation.  

I also updated my 4th FG and 352nd FG skins.

Hopefully MOW will get in as it is appropriate to the time period of DGS.

WooHoo, I got a no-go for one that even Skuzzy doesn't know what they were talking about, pulled one because I found a mistake with it, and the third has apparently vanished, as I've gotten neither an acceptance nor rejection notice.

Skins released today, and the WEB page is updated.

I did not get a chance to rotate the overflow skins into rotation this time.  We had far too many updates to existing skins.  The chances of an error multiply when there are a lot of updates.

Skuzzy, I sent in a resubmit and requested a name change a couple of days ago. Am I right to guess that was too recent to make this one? I'm guessing they'll wait til the next update (and that's fine with me).

There are some submissions in the queue.  If you did not get a skin reference number, then it is either not here or in the queue for the next run.  I have not sent out skin reference numbers for the current lot in the queue.
