I just downloaded AH2 last night. Im playing it with a logitech controller (just like a Playstation controller but with 1 or 2 more buttons.) So I've been trying to set up a control scheme that is comfortable for me using that controller. I've ran into a few problems though. One is that when I set a button, for example the button that would correspond to the circle button on a PS controller, to throttle up it just shoots when im on the runway. Anybody experienced similar problems while setting up their controllers, what ever type or brand they might be?
And does anyone know how to manually switch control modes after you are in the cockpit? Do I need to be in vehicle controls while on the ground in a plane and then switch them to plane controls after I leave the ground?

I really dont think this game is playable/compatable with a controller.
Honestly, save yourself a lot of headaches and buy a joystick

Well the analogue sticks work fine for flying and the buttons would have the same function as those on a flight stick. I think im just doing something wrong.

You could try ingame to map the buttons for a specific purpose. Sounds like one is mapped wrong or there are two using the same button.
