What do you use to shrink pictures to the correct size i went on photobucket and shrunk pic to smallest size possible and it still says 2 big help please

I'm being Cyber Schooled :D :cool:  . All of you who have to sit through school for 7-8 straight hours I have this to say....:lol  I only have 5 hours and I can stop, watch a TV show and come back to finish! I love it.

Help!!!I just bought paint shop pro x....now all my picture files open with this program.....I want it back the way it was....click on a picture and it Enlarges on desk top!!
