 I got warps and maby rubber bullits.

 Ping is 13ms. speed is 8300 kbps.

 I call R.R. the guy has me ck offline temp memory. I have it unckeck. So I ck it and dump the memory. I have the hourglass for a LONG time.I go back in game, runs great.

 If you are as slow as me. You might want to ck this in internet options.

Sounds like he dumped his cache it might have been full

click tools,internet options,delete files,ck delete all offline content, ok
