There are time when using the 5" gun a black area beging to appear at the top of my screen and grows larger the more i raise the gun and a few times has taken up as much as half my screen. Any Ideas as to what may be causing this?

If a CV 5" it could also be part of the structure behind the gun as it is elevated.

Have you moved your forward view from default?

not in shore battery... lol i said in 5" gun..(on CV or cruisier).. and this happens looking away from ship so that rules out any ship structure.. appreciate the response..

i didnt think about the possibilty of changing something from default view.. you are talking about forward view set up on hat switch.. arent ya? :rolleyes:
