The interesting one would be a C-47 alone amongst 12 fighters out-turning them and getting proxies left and right.

i know anyone can do it but i was doing it for about 20min,made to fighters hit the water trying to get me i dident get the proxies thow.:aok

I can relate to that experience in a way. I flew a goon around fairly close to an enemy base by a hillside. Squad had things under control, but somehow this flight of B17's managed to slip through all the mayhem and pass over my C47 around 500ft above me, blazing his 50cal's. He was so intent on killing me that the hillside took care of him.

Yep got got my tail shot off on take off and slid into it...never did get those troops droped.:cry
