Title: Der Grosse Schlag Scenario
Post by: ROC on August 07, 2007, 08:39:09 PM
In case anyone missed it, not that it's not pounded on all the forums and in the game, we have a scenario coming up in October.

Der Grosse Schlag

Registration has been opened for the past week, it has grown beyond our original expectations and the teams are fully prepared to take on as many players as are wanting to fly.

http://www.ahevents.org has the scenario information and registration.

Take Notice, there are Limits on the registration site so that the teams grow proportionally, and as evenly as possible, if you want to join a particular side but it's capped at the moment, send a PM to the CO of that side (Fencer Allies, Stampf Axis) so they can keep tabs on projected interest as we continually increase the rosters to accommodate everyone.

See you up there.

The 8th Air Force has plenty of room for all willing P-51 and Bomber pilots, please goto  AHEvents Scenarios (http://ahevents.org/pacific-theatre/current-or-next-scenario.html) for a description of the event and the link to the registration page.

Cheers!

Registration caps have been upped again.  Still open slots for Bf109G-14, Fw190A-8, and Fw190D-9 pilots.  Register Axis and help throw back the Allied horde.  October will be upon us before you know it. .

Is there a way to withdraw from an event? ....I may have a scedule conflict that has come up, and I would like to give up my slot if I have to.  I would prefer to do this then to be a "no show"

Yes, just notify your CO.  If it's only Possible that you have a conflict, I'd keep the slot for a while.  There is time to bring someone in later if need be.

No K4 slots left now?

Absolutely shattered!

Ditched my squadies to fly axis and I missed out on my 'expert' ride. Haha. Scheiße!

Oh well, the Allies must be smashed regardless!

Should be good!

Why not put a small notice about it in the MOTD when players log into the game (like the recent perk notice)?  That way everyone would know about the event.
