No, don't think it's a troll.  He proudly announced his first post in the other forum looking for what the best prop plane is.  Just a noob player hanging out in 8-player and entering the forums.

Austox, a search for the Airacobra will show it's been asked for many times.

In a recent player in-arena online vote, the P-39 lost out to the Ben Afleck fan club (Sanjaya wun!) so the next plane expected are several variants of the B-25 (B-25C/D, B-25D "strafer", and the B-25H).

Spend a little time with the SEARCH feature to see what's been discussed to death.  Just don't resurrect a thread that's been ded for a long time by posting to it.  Jump into ongoing threads if you have something to add to the discussion.  No need to start right off with starting new posts until you've got a feel for the forum dynamics.

Welcome to the game.

And for future reference... when you ask for a plane to be added, include a little more reasoning than "it's cool"

Well, the vote was in the arenas (Main, Training, Special Events, Axis vs Allies, Dueling) anyway, in April or so.

edit: I'd still like to see the P-39, though.

P39  lost the vote by  1%  Austox.

So you very nearly got your Wish.

I voted for it because its a fighter we dont really need any more American bombers. Just hope HTC doesn't  leave it up to his customers to decide next time because none of the non-American planes get a look in.

Yes, that would probably be best.  Or open it to debate rather than solely a popularity contest subject to simple name recognition.  "ths wuld b kewl" is too often the sole justification in the Wish List forum.

John Stossel, syndicated columnist and 20/20 co-anchor, summed up my views about popular votes on a larger scale in a recent column "Lack of 'Rational Voters' a menace to society" but I can't find it online anywhere to give a quote from.
