Title: Bose active suspension
Post by: Chairboy on August 09, 2007, 11:42:47 PM
This is...  insane.  Bose ("No highs, no lows") is developing an active suspension system that is unreal.

My favorites are:

* The leaning of the car in tight turns
* Gliding over the severe oscillating bumps
and best of all
* Jumping the obstacle.  You gotta see to understand.

oh god... I HATE BOSE for "no highs no lows" on their audio lineups.

Apparently they found an area where the 'no highs, no lows' is actually helpful.

They DO?

Sure they do!  Just not good stereo systems.  The bar is set much lower for a "home radio" than a sound system, and the Bose Waveradio has to be a good kitchen-counter Paul Harvey delivery device, or folks wouldn't mortgage their houses to buy it, right?

Or am I missing...  the rest of the story?
