ehh this thread prolly wont go anywhere, but i'm bored, so here is another from this morning.  By the way, sorry about the bad quality, they looked a lot better on my cell phone....It was either the cell camera, or my girlfriends hot pink one i was borrowing (gay), because i'm an idiot and dropped my powershot, and the lense smashed...Anyways, all pointless information, but enjoy.

I wish I had one of these. With the money I'm sure there are some surplus ones sitting out in the boneyard that are still airworthy. Be nice to have nice plush living quarters up front and leave the rear half in the cargo config to haul my truck around. One of these could really be fitted out as the complete executive jet with some time and money.:aok

In that case...
I have a small air force of JK Aerotech combat airplanes.  Their website is http://www.jkaerotech.com

I own:

2x: P-51s.  One is Red/Gray/White Ohio State theme the other is a black Pittsburgh Steelers theme.

2x:  F4Us. The first is a checkernose much like the picture the second is a frankenstein airplane after contacting a goose.  I used 1/2" dowell rods as wing spars...yeeee haw!

1x:  Painted much like our A6M5 in AH.  White base with red suns.

1x: I did my best impression of a Luftwaffe camoflauge airplane.  It didn't come out as well as I'd hoped.  It's mostly parts now after a run in with my cats.

I also bought one of their trainers when the girl I was seeing wanted to learn to fly.  The RC Combat airplanes were much too hot for her to start with and my Hobbico Avistar was toothpicks after a knife-edge pass thru trees went terribly wrong.  It's red/white as well:

Sweet Golfer!!! I just got in the sport about 8 months ago!!! and I love it!!I have all electric....But soon I want to get into gassers like you!! Because I am new I am trying to stay with the foamy stuff...that pic of the 38...I glued it all back together and just flew it last night, good as new!
Also I bought a hotliner from germany that is fiberglass and balsa Its probaby a 100mph Plus Rocket...And I'm building a 101 inch Electric glider!!
Anytime you want to fly let me know!! We will hook up!!

I haven't flown an RC airplane in a couple years.  Everything I have is in the loft of my parents barn in Ohio gathering dust.  One of these days I'll dust it off.  Know what a gallon of 15% fuel costs these days?  Used to be about $15/gallon IIRC.

Anyways the JKAerotech airplanes are all foam airplanes reinforced with BBQ skewers as spars and fiberglass reinforced strapping tape for more strength.  Give them a shot...they're easy to build and inexpensive to buy.
