Title: uncaptureable bases

the island map used to have 4 uncaptureable bases, it now only has 3, which means half the "homeland" can be captured now.

And? There used to be no uncapturable bases...was kind of nice.

yeah..... i have been here since 2003, but uncapturable bases have improved things for the ganged side, so the more the better
