Communications Shed(s) - Bombing this would cut off local Vox/Text/Check 6's for a predetermined period of time.
This could cause a LOT of Chaos... Or who knows? Someone may ASK the enemy to bomb it at a certain area! :lol
Just an idea fellas, thought it might change the dynamic of the game a bit. Imagine trying to mount a base defense without any communication.
Who knows? Maybe even a Zone or HQ type strat also to affect larger areas???

hmm the tower could be use as a "communication shed" . destroy it and ppl will doesn't know which direction to spawn. instead of Ne, Sw, etc etc etc, you click and it give you a random heading.

Cool thought. How about this for a devastating side effect: For the duration, within a few miles of the base, you can't see the ID/range tags any more. Is that dot a friendly or an enemy? How far away is he?

Aircraft aren't dweeby. Players are. Especially those lamenting about "dweeby planes"... ;)

I have a problem with this one. It would probably be okay if for example, one side had Shermans and one had Panzers. Then you could tell the good guys from the bad. But with all sides using the same vehicles I think it would just be too confusing.

I was kinda hoping more people would like this one.... I know it's just another 'toolshed' but it is one that could make a big tactical difference.

I know that one thing I've always heard was, "You really want to confuse the enemy, kill their comm." This would add an interesting new feature to the game....

I think everyone would LOVE to see new/updated Stat side of the game.
I think it would rock to see the Tower a target. Taking down the Radar
is taking down the 'communication' between the tower and pilots.
What if a Tower (6000lbs of Ords) took out the Dot & Bar Radar for that
whole sector? Kinda cool right!? Anywho... :p

Okay, how about the bar at the airfield? No! This is better: The.... ahem... gentleman's club? The loss of such a facility would cause such stress that fighter pilots would be distracted by our nose art. Their accuracy would suffer, until they visited another base with an active establishment.
Bomber pilots wouldn't be affected.
No, I'm not casting aspersions against bomber pilots. I'm just saying they're all old men with wives at home.
Oh, and capturing an enemy base with the facility unfortunately intact would immediately cause 20 minutes of downtime for all participating friendly fighters. (It's so difficult to maintain discipline these days!)

You could drop "troops" from a C47 to up the club if it was damaged.
