I have been trying to drag a friend of mine into the dark well of despair known as AH addiction. He finally downloaded the game and has started to really enjoy it. We managed to set everything up so his mic works properly (can hear him on range) but his radio is not allowing him to tune the text or vox to any channels or individuals other than the default. Every time he attempts to change a channel on his radio a message saying "You are not a member of a squad" is displayed. We tried to remove the game and reinstall but he is still receiving the same message. Never seen this before anyone have any suggestions??

Jappa, is he typing the dot command to change the channel, or using the GUI?  If he hasn't tried both yet, have him try both and tell us the result.

Thx Auger I will have him try that.  I have never had to use those commands on the radio and honestly forgot to see if those would work.
