how is the b25 going to be differentfrom b26
-
One number less.
-
ok anything else
-
Less ord capacity, slower top speed, more versions of the 25 than single B-26 offered, maybe no drones outside a straight C/D version of 25, expect more skins, 1 version with 75mm HE firing cannon that won't be that useful in game........ and a lot more B-25's will be shot down than B-26's in the first 2 or 3 months after it's release.
And you can spawn from carriers with it.

You're wrong, just like you were wrong about the community wanting the A-26 or the reasons why the community wants the B-25. You lost your vote for the A-26, get over it.
The B-25H won't be a hanger queen, you'll see that it will find a use as a devastating town killer and field porker. Look at the A-20, early war attack plane that sees wide use in the MA.

Someone is off their meds again.

Never said anything about the 'Vader or any other plane I'd like to see added to the game (hence the sig line). I was replying to the original question.

"Devastating town killer?" 21 HE rounds, that's 10 buildings..... or 8 x .50's x 400-500rpg in strafer for cleanup. 3,000 pound ord, that's 4 x 500's or 8 x 250's. That's a good load out, but not "devastating". Heavy bombers carpet bomb better than that.
And it's offset by the large, easy-to-hit size of the B-25 and it's relatively slower speeds to other attack planes. It will be an easy target to hit to auto-ack, manned guns, and enemy fighters defending a field.
It will probably be used en mass like the 110's are now to bum-rush a town, but each individual B-25 will be easier to kill than those 110's.
The 75mm armed one will also be used against GV's, where I believe it will have even less success with 75mm HE rounds, especially if reload times are near historical numbers. Shermans will be taking out Mitchells with their main guns.
Getting 3 versions will probably save the B-25 from being a hangar queen.... a little something for everyone. It will see a lot of use in the first 3 months as a new plane. After that, unless it has proven to be capable in some way or another in the game, it will get parked by most.
A-20? I haven't run the spreadsheet with new numbers for a two months, but last time I did (using the numbers combined from 4 tours), the A-20 was being used just 0.72% of the time out of the whole plane-set (using proportional kill + death numbers across the board). Among just the bombers it was ranking 5.05% of use and in 6th place behind the B-24 (20.27%), Lanc (19.27%), IL-2 (13.02%), B-17 (11.74%), B-26 (9.67%), and JU-88 (8.39%).
I haven't seen anything to indicate that has changed much.
