Had a blast fighting you and your friend near CV28. Our squad had sufferd many casualties by the time your group showed up. Lost my wingman way back so I was scouting solo. I did my best to attack the SBDs but got caught up with you two. First damage I took was a pilot wound and aileron. Did my best to fight for the next 5 minutes while trying to get back to the SBDs. Ended up blacking out and getting finished off by an SBD:rolleyes: .
But hot damn, thats why I pay for this game, fights like that are just to much fun. When I saw your group come in I was almost screaming that SBDs were inbound to the carrier, I didnt only about 5 of us were left to defend. We did the best we could but you slaughtered us.

I nearly had an accident in my pants when I first spotted the F4F's.  Our flight was just patrolling and I was checking around and cried a little as I saw 2+ Wildcats at 9 oclock high.

I think you were the first enemy we saw that night. We were hanging out east waiting for Dantoo and Drano to spot your CV. When they finally did we headed in and spotted you down below us. forHIM and TicTok went after you. At least I think that was you. :) Out of the 10 or so SBD's we had only 1/2 hit it. Still did not sink that flattop. :)

Thanks Roidrage -- If you hadn't turned to follow the SBDs I would have left you.  My goal was to keep the red planes off our bombers.  Once you got within 1.5 of the bombers again I called my wingman TicTok in to disrupt you.  Once I knew the sbds had called their shots, we attacked in force.  I managed to get a few good hits on you for a couple of passes, but you put some ventilation holes in my wings and my wingman had a whistling canopy for the rest of the night.

good flying while being outnumbered.

Unfortunately RTB we ran into a couple of other zekes and I/we collided so I ended the night on a stupid note, but that's how the game goes.  I pushed it too far and wasn't patient.
