Title: Default Skin

Is there a way to change the default skin for an aircraft, so when you watch a film, it uses that skin for everyone flying that aircraft type?

Don't think so. IIRC a skin can be substituted for default at the server level- for scinarios or mybe even H2H. But the true default skin(correct me if I'm wrong) is part of the model and will be displayed in films no mater what you do. The only exception being your own plane.
