Title: Exit Stage Right

PotBS Beta done loading and I'm just either bored or burned out on the current scene in-game and on these boards.

AvA, EW and MW are sparse.  I don't want to join the LW hordes ganking on the least populated country following the mine mine mine mine mine pack, and I'm tired of being one of 5 guys trying to repel a 40+ pilot raid coming in at 15K.  
Just not having much fun these days.  

Even the board topics are getting stale and getting me down.

So, I'm going to walk away.  Might return some time down the road a bit.

Thanks for a year and a half of mostly good playing time and mostly lively discussions.

I agree, stale maps in the arenas make boring times.

I've found the EW arenas quite fun lately...you can find some good fights in there (I was fighting d7MAW for 5 mins Boston3 vs Boston3)

Sounds like burn out, take a break for a few weeks.  That's what I do.  I think I've logged 2 hours of flight time this month.  I find the long breaks make the time I do have to fly more fun

Sounds like burn-out. Take some time off; sticking around until you're bitter or frustrated won't do you any good. I've hit the wall a dozen times, but after a while (normally much sooner than I anticipated), I find myself back in here. Best of luck regardless, you certainly made the B-25 threads a little more lively. :)

life takes more time in the summer, i typically fly less during the summer. i find a lot more time to fly when the cold and rain come around. i guess sometimes you gotta take vacations from the virtual world too.
