Hello,
I am kind new in the game, i played before long time ago and everything
was fine, but whne i tryed to play today i got in the game i did evrithing ok
and i made a new account, but when i tryed to get in it said "host connection lost" and it closed the game, and every time i try to connect it happan, and i'm realy sure that i write the correct details.
what should i do?

Let's begin with the "Host Connection Lost" aspect.
Did you have a stable connection to the internet when you attempted to boot AH?
What type of access do you have, i.e. DSL, Cable, Dial-Up.
Were you attempting to access the main arena or one of the 8-player rooms?

my internnet connection was good and i have cable, but i tryed to play on the internet not on LAN becouse on the AlN i got so servers, but when i press on internet select its asking me to login like always and after i login it tellin me this massage.

Im sorry that i speak little weird becouse i know to talk english just from school.
Any way, what i tryed to say is that i got cable and it happan just when i try to connect to an internet servers not to LAN, in LAN it works fine it just that i dont have LAN servers.
But what i dont understand is why i cant play in 8 players on the internet and not on the LAN becouse i did play there before 4 month ago, the only thing i did diffrent is that i download it from this site this time.

it may be a firewall issue, or an anti-virus software issue. If you have either of those you must change the setting to allow AH2 to send and receive. If either takes the time to look at the packets it will cause the game to disconnect.

If you were trying to log in on Saturday night (US eastern time) there was a problem with the Late War arena(s). I got Host Connection Lost message every time I tried. I was able to get into the Mid War arena ok. So the problem was not with you Tsoof. Problem was with the server I'm betting.

i heard what you said and i dont think its a bug becouse if u can play right now i cant. i mean 1 min before i wrote this i tryed and it didnt work.

the Training Arena was getting host connection lost, as well this morning....

If you have played before, then you do not have access to the two week free trial. This is why you are unable to log into the online arena's.

i found my old account ID and they sent me the password and some how it work O.o

Imgetting HCL now after being able to play no problem. ot only am I getting the mssg but AH is closing itself down after I click OK to the messg. Its 1530 pm and it was preceded by weird numbers in the arenas.

Take a look at the US weather map. There are my places in the US being hit by weather. This can cause disruptions in the internet. My internet connection has been flaky since last night. I would think it may not get much this week.

Try joining Midwar or Earlywar, I bet those ones will work. Most likely the box or boxes that the other rooms are ran on are having problems.
