I致e been asking this question to my self a lot of times, the game still seems to be a lot darker before it was re-textured, can anyone agree or disagree with me here ?
I知 also having some real problems with depth perception over the new ocean, it痴 so dark and there is no reference points I can use to judge my alt. I think I知 flying at 13K and when I look down to my altimeter I知 only at 3K lol. This might have something to do with the distance haze being too harsh aswell.
Can anyone agree with my points, or am I just going nuts ?
My system is about 3 ス years old and I知 running a ATIx850xtpe graphics cards with the latest drivers and all that good stuff. However my monitor is 7-8 years old, which I知 sure needs replacing.

Thanks for the reply mate.

You can adjust the Gamma settings "in game" from the clipboard. It may help.
But a 6 or 7 year old monitor has probably lived its life (CRT Monitor?), and is getting a bit dark anyway.
Hope this helps a bit.
cheers,

Get yourself a fat LCD! They come naturally bright.

Yeah it is a flat LCD, and I forgot to say that I've messed about with the gamma, brightness and contrast with still no luck. :(
