Turning it on is no problem...  but once the operator gets fried, how does someone else get close enough to turn it off?

You guys should see the tesla performances at Burning Man. even spiffier. some nutcase in a chain mail suit on top of a high voltage winnebago. good stuff.

Put one of those things into a hover-type unmaned craft, ship it to iraq and afghanistan and have it comb the desert at night.
