Title: Pan view
Post by: Vortex01 on August 23, 2007, 01:52:05 PM
Is there any way to adjust the speed at witch you can pan your view while in pan view mode?

I like to use pan view at times because I find padlock view is not always stable when the maeuvers get hairy or when I am trying to set myself up but want to keep an eye on an aproaching con that is possibly setting himmself up. I know I would use it almost exclusively if I could increase the speed that it pans. I use the hat switch to pan btw and am not coordinated enougth to use mouse look while fighting.

thx

I'm pretty sure that the speed you see is the speed you get !

I use only "instant" view as everything else is just too slow.  Some times SA demands all the speed you can get when looking around. At times when watching films afterwards, some of my view scans show 16 views in a blink of an eye, only double checking a view when a "red" guy is spotted someplace I did expect him to be.
