Title: b25 skin question on c/d
Post by: rogerdee on August 24, 2007, 06:29:30 PM
big question is how are the skins going to work with the glass nose and solid nose planes?

if you do a skin for a glass nose its not gona be right for the hardnoese and other way around?

has HTC considered this when making the diferent gun pakages

I think the idea is you'd do the skin for the particular version that it works for.  Wearing a solid nose skin on a glass nose bird doesn't make sense anway :)

Got's a question here, Fes....  According to the pics I have, "Quitch" (if you're talking about 41-30518 of the 501BS/345BG), like many of the original field-mod strafers, had a partial glass nose showing.  Is it possible to do that with the skin or are you stuck with all glass or all solid?

There is a semi solid version that covers Quitch and others that didn't have that part painted over.
