Title: Update will not download

Computer informs me that update is available, flashes up the download progress screen and locks up.  Doesn't appear to ever get started.

Vista home premium.  All antivirus and firewalls turned off.  Having way too much fun.

I bet you have Norton Security.  It is blocking the game's ability to auto-update.

My guess is you cannot turn it off either.
